These cinnamon rolls are really quick and easy to make and you don't even need to weigh the ingredients. I love the fact that this cookies are not too sweet and they are perfect to serve with a cup of tea. How to make an Apple PieRoll the dough 4-5 mm thin to a rectangle shape.Smear the soft butter all over on dough surface.Sprinkle the sugar all over the top. Then sprinkle the cinnamon but not too much.Roll the dough and wrap it into baking paper. Rest in fridge about 20 minutes.Preheat oven to 356 degrees F (180 degrees C) and prepare a baking try with baking paper.Slice the rolled dough into 2 cm slices.Lay the sliced pieces flat on the baking try.Bake 15 to 20 minutes in the preheated oven, until cinnamon rolls are golden.Tips and TricksIf you are using some leftover pasta brisée, join them together forming a ball, without kneading them.
